Clive Humby F IDM presents Getting Customer Measures on the Board Agenda
Released 01 October 2001: The latest in the IDM's series of Fellows' Evenings will feature Clive Humby F IDM, co-founder of dunnhumby. Clive's presentation, Getting Customer Measures on the Board Agenda, goes right to the heart of the assumptions made by organisations when they are setting out CRM projects. It takes place on the evening of 8 November at the Mayfair Conference Centre.
Clive's presentation will describe how knowledge of the customer can change business perception and improve business planning. His talk will highlight the issues through client case studies from his extensive work with Tesco, House of Fraser, BMW and others.
Clive explains, "The real power of customer insight is not about the day-to-day measurement of individual direct marketing activity, but about getting customer measures onto the board's agenda."
The event takes place on 8 November at the Mayfair Conference Centre, London from 18:30. It costs £20 plus VAT for IDM members and £30 plus VAT for non-members. To find out more, visit www.theidm.com/membership or call the Membership department on +44 (0)20 8614 0275.
