IDM and tank! join forces for CRM conference

Released 18 September 2001: The IDM announced today that it has joined forces with tank!, the financial services benchmarking group, to present the CRM conference, Critical Issues in Customer Communications, on 8 and 9 November in Nice. The event, designed for senior financial services marketers, will feature presentations by leading CRM experts including Geoff Webb, Professor Bob Tyrrell and Terry Hunt F IDM.

As well as hosting the event, the IDM’s Managing Director, Professor Derek Holder, will present the findings of a specially commissioned research project looking at the attitudes towards and the implementation of CRM in financial services organisations.

tank! founder Sean Larrangton-White explains, "This event is part of tank!’s ongoing delivery of knowledge, tools, ideas and networking to the financial services sector. It will build on delegates’ past learning and provide the platform for further initiatives."
