IDM and Worshipful Company of Marketors honour top DM students
Released 02 August 2004: The five students who achieved the highest grades in the IDM's Certificate in Direct Marketing Principles have been honoured at an awards presentation. Top student Rita Ubani of Middlesex University was also recognized by the Worshipful Company of Marketors by receiving the first ever Direct Marketing Association Award, sponsored by Judith Donovan.
The IDM Certificate in Direct Marketing Principles is offered to university students nationwide in tandem to their degree course. In all 175 students at 18 universities sat the exams this year.
The tops students were Rita Ubani from Middlesex University, Erwin Francis Miranda from University of Westminster, James Clifford from Kingston University, Linda Blissing from the University of Greenwich and Anna Porter from University of Huddersfield.
Top student Rita was awarded a Certificate of Merit, an engraved silver gilt Medallion bearing the Worshipful Company of Marketors Coat of Arms and a cheque for £150. The other tops students were each presented with their Certificate.
