IDM announces new sponsor for Business Performance Award

Released 24 January 2002: The IDM announced today that it has secured a new sponsor for its prestigious Business Performance Award (BPA). The 2002 sponsor is Custometrics Ltd, the CRM consultancy that now incorporates The White Clark Group.

The BPA is the only award in direct marketing to recognise the discipline's measurable contribution to business performance and strategy.

Professor Derek Holder, Managing Director of the IDM, says, "Over the years, the BPA has helped to establish direct marketing in its rightful place—as an essential element of business strategy and performance.
