Over the day it will show delegates how to:
- Acquire, retain and monetise customers on and offline.
- Secure profitable business through websites, call centres and catalogues
- Produce more enquiries, sales leads and demand through the most effective media channels.
- Transform a customer database into a company’s most effective asset.
It goes nationwide in March touring London, Scotland, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol. The course tutors are Derek Holder, Managing Director, the IDM, Steve Harrison, Creative Director, Harrison Troughton Wunderman and Glen Patrick, Management Consultant with Ninah Consulting.
Derek Holder, Founder of the IDM comments "The last Absolute Essentials attracted over 12,000 delegates. This thoroughly revised course brings the Absolute Essentials bang up to date."
