IDM Research Conference 2004: Line-up announced

Released 13 September 2004: Professor Richard Webber, Dr Hugh Wilson and Dr Helen Woodruffe–Burton are amongst the line-up for the annual IDM Research Conference. Entitled ‘Innovation in Marketing’, the 2004 conference continues the tradition of bringing business and academia together to address the current and predict the future burning issues in marketing.

Presentations will be made by representatives of leading academic institutions and marketing organisations including Experian, Cranfield School of Management, Strategic Research and UCL.

The presentations this year cover a variety of subjects including:

  • The integration of psychographics with profiling system MOSAIC
  • Customer Insight as a Strategic Asset
  • Fostering creativity within a group dynamic
