New IDM course promises more profit from your customers
Released 29 March 2010: The Institute of Direct Marketing has launched a new 2-day course, Managing your Customers for Extra Profit, which has been designed and will be presented by two of the world's most respected customer management experts, Neil Woodcock F IDM and Andy Green F IDM. Together, they promise to give delegates the techniques that will help them lead their organisations on a path that will increase revenue and profits.
Crucially, their ideas and techniques are designed to help delegates rapidly generate higher levels of profitability from data and insights their organisations already hold and from the customers they already serve.
IDM Managing Director, Derek Holder comments:
"If delegates don’t find this programme inspires them with new ideas and new techniques and processes to manage their customers more profitability, then we’ll give them their course fee back – no quibbles - so confident are we in the superb quality and depth of the content and our expert tutors."
The programme consists of four in-depth and profit-orientated learning modules, drawn from proven techniques and illustrated with real-world case studies:
Module 1: Identifying and scaling the opportunity
Where are the opportunities to get more from customers and what are the financial implications?
Module 2: Planning to Change
Developing the strategy that will make the most of the opportunities available to develop greater and sustainable profitability
Module 3: Making Change Happen
Securing the funding, managing the programme, ensuring stakeholder buy-in
Module 4: Measuring the Impact
KPIs and measuring the benefits in terms of customers, management, employees and partners
