- Free member tickets: This event is not included in the free member events programme.
- Non-member and paid ticket: You may cancel your place in writing up to 10 working days prior to the event without charge. Thereafter the full ticket price will be payable.
- Joining instructions are distributed by email seven days prior to the event.
- The IDM reserves the right to cancel an event, change the venue, amend the dates, fees or speakers at any time and without prior notice.

Raffle Terms and Conditions 1. | Tickets cost £2.00 each. All proceeds raised will be donated to the NSPCC Christmas Appeal. | | 2. | Three tickets will be drawn on 22 November 2007 at the IDM Members’ Christmas Party. The holder of the first ticket picked will have the choice of opening one of three identical concealed boxes, each containing a prize. Thereafter two more tickets will be picked in succession where the ticket holders can choose from the remaining boxes. If the ticket holder does not come forward after being called, the ticket will not be valid and another will be drawn. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that any contact details provided within their email are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the promotion. | | 3. | The promoter's announcement of the winning entrant is final and no correspondence will be entered into. | | 4. | A list of the winners’ names will be available from the IDM upon request after the event. | | 5. | The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-upgradeable and has no cash value. | | 6. | The three prizes concealed in identical boxes available will consist of: - A holiday for two to Marrakech
- A chocolate hamper (donated by Hotel Chocolat)

| | 7. | The holiday prize consists of: two return economy flights to Marrakech, 3 nights (with one twin OR double room) accommodation in a Four Star hotel. The IDM will pay for fuel, tax and transfers in full, but will not cover the costs of any meals during the trip. The IDM will fulfil the booking for the winner – dates subject to availability, and will endeavour to accommodate any requests for staying additional nights, the cost of additional night’s hotel accommodation will be charged to the winner. The trip must be taken before March 2008. It is the responsibility of the individual passengers to ensure they have valid passports and comprehensive travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey. Failure to ensure the correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused passage on the aircraft. | | 8. | The raffle is open to persons aged 18 years or over and employees of the IDM, Hotel Chocolat and Unica are not eligible to enter. | | 9. | The winner may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion. | | 10. | The IDM will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the prize being taken up by the winner. | | 11. | The IDM reserves the right to cancel the raffle at any stage. | | 12. | By entering this raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
