The Sleekster Christmas Selection prize draw terms and conditions

• Entries received after midday on 18 December 2008 will not be entered into the prize draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. The prize draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over and employees of the IDM and Hotel Chocolat are not eligible to enter.
• Twenty winners will be drawn on 18 December 2008 and the winners will be notified by the email supplied. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the promotion. Unfortunately, the IDM cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
• If the IDM cannot contact the winner within twenty-one days of the prize draw, we reserve the right to select another entry.
• A list of correct winner’s name/county will be available from the IDM upon request.
• The prize is non-refundable and the IDM reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage due.
• By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. English law governs this prize draw and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
