An MCap skills and practice assessment provides a suite of practical reports that map and compare the marketing capabilities of individuals, teams and organisation – and identify the critical improvements to deliver better marketing results.

MCap assessments can rapidly be set up and tailored to
ensure your most critical marketing performance issues are addressed

MCap can quickly be set-up to assess and report on marketing skills and practice in your organisation.

You decide which individuals or groups are to be assessed. The IDM assessor will help you define the relevant selection of skills and practices from the MCap database to be evaluated.

The IDM assessor then evaluates competence levels in those skills and practices, usually through face-to-face interviews with the staff you have nominated.

The assessment report highlights strengths and, most importantly, enables you to precisely pin-point shortfalls indicative of sub-optimal performance. Critical weaknesses are identified for urgent remedy.
