Our aim has always been to provide the most relevant training for each delegate. We endeavour to ensure that no delegate is either over-trained or under-trained - so that that they work more effectively.


A training needs analysis audit helps to determine the precise objectives of the training both at a corporate level and on an individual delegate basis.

The analysis can be undertaken either through one-to-one interviews with delegates or by issuing a postal or on-line questionnaire.

The role of this auditing is to:

  • Identify the type of programme most suitable to meet your needs
  • Deliver the solution at an appropriate level of skills and knowledge
  • Provide detailed and relevant content to meet the need
  • Highlight additional areas of content to include

On the outcome of this audit, the training programme can be developed and finalised.
