IDM account management
During the development and running of a tailor-made course or service you will be assigned a Training Manager. They have extensive experience of both direct marketing and programme design. They will ensure the correct mix of services and training is utilised to ensure the programme chosen is right for you and your company, matching the company’s objectives and staff training needs. In addition a dedicated Project Co-ordinator will be assigned. They will ensure that the course runs smoothly on the day and that all presentation and support materials are produced and the venue prepared as necessary.
