“The first requirement for a good communicator is an aptitude that doesn't even have a real name. Perhaps that's why there are so few good communicators…” – Jeremy Bullmore

One of the fundamental elements of good management is to be a good communicator. But how often do we actually look at ways of improving these few skills, especially those in senior management positions.

Join, expert in the field, Jeremy Bullmore as he takes us through his insightful views on the art of communication. A must-attend evening for all those involved in advertising and marketing; this IDM event promises to both entertain and instruct.

"Jeremy Bullmore remains the one person in British advertising for whom the brilliance to bullshit ratio is 100:0."
Nigel Bogle, Bartle Bogle Hegarty

"It is unfair that one man should have so much wisdom and be able to express it so beautifully and entertainingly."
Campaign Magazine

"Jeremy Bullmore is famous for his insights on advertising. He is equally depressingly insightful on branding. In both these areas he has forgotten more than many people know."
Keith Weed, chairman of Lever Faberg£ and president of the Marketing Society

"On the Campaign Couch... with JB"
(Jeremy Bullmore CBE, Campaign)

"I am a creative with a severe case of writer's block. I just don't seem to be able to crack anything at the moment and my creative director has stopped giving my partner and me the big projects. I am 29 but maybe I'm past my prime. How can I get my mojo back?

Jeremy, I am working for a very demanding client who turns down my ideas without giving me any idea of what they are looking for. How can I communicate this without jeopardising the relationship?

A year ago, we appointed an agency, mostly based on the strength of the whole team. But now there is only one member of the original team left. We're not nearly as in tune with the new people. How should I broach this subject with them?

I'm a creative director on the verge of greatness - my agency's work is fantastic, my department love me and I'm well thought of by the global management team. I'm lacking one thing though - a prop, a calling-card, call it what you will, that will make me truly famous. I've seen rivals at awards dinners and in press pictures wearing wacky bow ties, chomping on cigars or wearing strange NHS-style glasses. Could you recommend a suitable approach for me?

Please help. I am a young copywriter whose creative director is old and past his best, or possibly totally insane. He survives in his role by taking credit for any good work I do, or blaming me for any mistakes he makes. How do I get out of this, or is murder the only solution?"
