As Marketing Director for the last eight years, few UK marketers know better than Jonathan how to optimise web channels. In this enlightening session he will share some of the knowledge and metrics essential to ensuring profitable customer recruitment.

Richard Gregory, Chief Operating Officer Latitude
Richard is a dynamic and entertaining speaker on all things new media, responsible at Latitude for the largest team of search specialists in Europe. With interest in search engine marketing exploding, he will look at some of the emerging services and technologies in the search marketplace, including Pay Per Call, Local Search and Brand Impact.

Jonathan Wall, Sales and Marketing Director of dabs.com, the UK’s leading Internet retailer of IT and technology products, will reveal the secrets of great online content management.
Richard Gregory joined Latitude in November 2002 with 6 years prior experience in new media and marketing. Prior to his appointment, Richard worked for online agencies both in London and Leeds in the areas of account management, project management and business development for clients such as BT Cellnet (now o2), Yell, Volvo, DfES, MTV and Channel 4.
As Latitude’s COO, Richard is responsible for successful delivery of all clients’ campaigns as well as providing strategic advice on the European search engine marketplace. Since joining Latitude, Richard has been involved in the development of the company’s proprietary bid management software, COBRA, as well as building Europe’s largest team of search specialists. Richard is UK Chair of SEMPO, and is a frequent presenter at industry events. Recently, he has spoken at Haymarket’s Integrated Brand Building event, Jupiter Events’ Search Engine Strategies conference, the NMA Online Marketing Show, and a number of regional IDM events. This September he will be on the panel at Ad:Tech London.

The small print
- Prices for this event are subject to VAT.
- A replacement delegate is always welcome – just inform the IDM. Non-members will be charged at the full rate if replacing a member.
- Free member tickets: You may cancel your place in writing up to 10 working days prior to the event without charge. Thereafter a £25 cancellation fee is payable. Please note this cancellation fee will also be levied should you be unable to attend the event. Free member places are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis.
- Non-member and paid ticket: You may cancel your place in writing up to 10 working days prior to the event without charge. Thereafter the full ticket price will be payable.
- Joining instructions are distributed by email seven days prior to the event.
- The IDM reserves the right to cancel an event, change the venue, amend the dates, fees or speakers at any time and without prior notice.
