Training and meeting room facilities for hire—exclusively for members

As an exclusive service for members, our modern, well-equipped training suites and meetings rooms are available for hire. The IDM's offices are situated within easy reach of central London and the main transport arteries.

Training suites:

Small meeting room:

£500 (plus VAT) per day
£150 (plus VAT) each per day
£75 (plus VAT) per day

- Security (9am to 5.30pm)
- Reception services
- Light OHP
- Paper and pens

Rooms are available from 8am to 8pm.
To be considered firm, bookings must be confirmed in writing.
Payment terms are: 50% deposit, and 50% billed immediately after hire with extras, due immediately.
Cancellation terms are: 14 or more days' notice, 50% of deposit; less than 14 days' notice, the full fee is due.
Written confirmation is required of the number of visitors and their names five working days prior to the event.
We are unable to accept responsibility for visitors' property.
We respectfully request that if any damage is caused to the IDM’s property by the customers or their guests, the customer will be required to cover the costs to the IDM of making good such damage.
