To reflect varying professional qualifications and experience, there are three levels of membership. Associate Member (A IDM) is our entry level, for anyone starting out in a career in direct, digital and data-driven marketing. Member (M IDM) level is for marketers with a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or at least 5 years’ experience. Senior and Director level Marketeers will be invited to join as Fellows (F IDM), subject to the approval of the Professional Standards Committee.
