It's time to get on top of the do's and don'ts of email marketing by listening to the thoughts, hopes, and wishes of the people that matter the most: your customers.

We'll present the findings of our Consumer email tracker and give you marketers a first-up look at what consumers say about what you send them.

This year's Consumers email tracker investigates the impact of the new data laws, as well as continuing to monitor consumer behaviours and preferences when it comes to email.

You'll have the chance to learn exactly what consumers say about the emails they receive from brands. Offering a customer-centric view you'll tune-in to a panel discussion from key email thought leaders.

You'll hear from industry experts Marcus Gearey, analytics manager, Zeta Interactive alongside Gavin Laugenie, digital strategist, dotmailer.

You will:
  • Be the first to hear the tracker report findings from the DMA, alongside dotmailer and Zeta Interactive.
  • Hear practical case studies from leading brands and listen to a detailed panel discussion analysing the consumer email tracker results
  • Have the opportunity to network with fellow marketers from your industry
  • Get ready to understand your inbox like never before.
Earn valuable points towards your IDM Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme by attending DMA events. Attend this event and you will receive 2 CPD points.
