Attract and Retain Top Talent with Corporate Training

It goes without saying that learning and development are vital to growing businesses.

We’re passionate about learning and development in the data and marketing industry and, as such, recently published our annual Business Skills Census 2019.

This report focused on how businesses can evolve their practices in order to find and retain the best talent in the industry.

The report delves into the 33 key skills across five key categories to uncover what organisations need to invest in and improve on in order to attract talent. These key skills stretch across 'Content & Creative', 'Data', 'Channels', 'Management' and 'Strategy'.

We found that marketers are keen to tap into continuous learning programmes in order to improve their personal knowledge (95%), to stay up to date (85%), and to boost their professional image (49%).

The report goes on to showcase how almost three-quarters of marketers (74%) believe their organisations embrace a culture of learning and development. While positive, that means a quarter didn’t feel encouraged to learn in their place of work. This kind of ‘learning gap’, if left unaddressed, could lead to a talent retention problem or a brain drain.

But we can help prevent that with our bespoke Corporate Learning packages.
