Chris Michael, Technology Director / CTO is an entrepreneur and digital transformation consultant with a strong background in both technology and strategy. 

He has a proven track record leading teams of consultants, architects, developers, designers and project managers to deliver innovative technical solutions for blue chip, global clients.

Since the mid 90's Chris has been at the forefront of digital marketing, creating data driven campaigns and cutting edge web technology including: the world's largest paywall video service for Emap; pioneering MVT to optimise global email campaigns for Ladbrokes; and inventing spam email. 

He has also built and integrated ecommerce, content management systems and social media platforms for clients such as 32 Red, Best Western, Ladbrokes and UKTV. He was one of the founders of Crayon in 2006, where he specialised in bringing together data, UX, design and tech to generate business changing results for clients such as BT, Hiscox and Laithwaites. And until recently he headed up technology at Karmarama, one of the UK's leading creative agencies.
